ProProfitPlus was developed through a three-year collaboration between retail automotive professionals, information technology specialists, and insurance administration experts. The result of their efforts is much more than another menu system, ProProfitPlus offers a complete F&I control and performance solution.

ProProfitPlus collected retail automotive input from many sources, including accomplished F&I managers and dealership operators from across the country.
ProProfitPlus' initial vision went far beyond the development of the best available electronic sales process. Major breakthroughs in the creation of the ProProfitPlus program resulted in part from the development of strategic partnerships with several of the insurance and automotive industry's top technology companies. These advancements led to the completion of real time performance and administrator reporting capabilities, eliminating any need for manual processes.

The entire ProProfitPlus staff is committed to providing the best possible sales and profit tools to the transportation industry. The core of our mission statement covers two key objectives:

Operations Manager

  • Application technology career focused on improving standards and practices in the automotive industry. Designed and implemented Automotive CRM Training programs incorporating internet based technology to a national base of clients (6 years experience). Over three years of experience working as a Business Development Leader in Automotive franchises. Consulted in development of F&I Web-based applications focusing on the Automotive Industry. Implemented F&I software applications to over 50 dealerships nationwide, successfully increasing Productivity and CSI.

Paul Babbington
National Account Manager

  • Former High School Computer Science Teacher joined ProProfitPlus in late 2000. Since then has been effective in ensuring customer satisfaction for dealers throughout the country. Currently oversees the installation and set-up processes for Dealerships nationwide. Instrumental in installing and maintaining customer satisfaction for numerous dealerships in several states. Since Joining ProProfitPlus Paul has consistently increased clients CSI scores each quarter.

    Stephen Babbington
    Quality Assurance Manager

  • Former Training and Support Specialist for a CRM/F&I program specifically designed for High-Line Automotive dealerships. Lead on-site/online training sessions for over 40 dealerships nationwide and served as a Customer Support Representative for over 100 dealerships. Concurrently worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer for product revision from Windows Platform to Web-based model. Joined ProProfitPlus in early 2004 and has since headed the Dealership information technology department.
